Norton’s scoring outburst sends Golddiggers to first win

Chalk the first one up for the Clear Creek Golddiggers.
Nash Norton scored all six goals as Clear Creek posted a 6-5 boys lacrosse victory over Battle Mountain on April 13. It’s the first win for the Golddiggers in school history.
Clear Creek officially became CHSAA sanctioned this season. It is playing a junior varsity schedule before it moves up to varsity play for the 2013 season.
Norton, who had already scored five goals, capped the scoring with an overtime tally for the win.
