The board also held a public hearing for rezoning for a planned development request with a proposed amendment and expansion to the existing Walstrum Quarry.
The board went into multiple executive sessions at the end of the meeting to receive legal advice “on specific legal questions concerning financing and funding mechanisms for the purchase of four mobile home parks in Clear Creek County,” according to the agenda, to receive legal advice on current and potential claims and litigation against the Clear Creek Sheriff’s Office and legal advice on the Open Space Commission.
