Encore Castle Rock Condos Selling Fast

CASTLE ROCK, CO (July 20, 2020) Condominium sales at Encore Castle Rock are off to a brisk start with 30 units sold in the first three months.

When Confluence Companies completes the project in downtown Castle Rock the end of next summer, it will have 124 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as 30,000 square feet of for-sale retail and office condos. Prices for the residential condominiums start in the upper $300,000s.

Encore Castle Rock’s leasing office is located in the Craft Co-Working space inside Riverwalk, a mixed-use project Confluence Companies is developing in Castle Rock. Riverwalk includes residences, office, retail and restaurant space,

The first 7,000 square feet of Craft Co-Working’s space was such a success that the company added another 8,000 square feet for a total of 15,000 square feet. Craft Co-Working gives small businesses the opportunity to rent a private office suite with access to amenities such as a fitness center, conference rooms, common kitchen and a printer/copier for a fraction of what it would cost to rent a private office space.

Craft Co-Working has been so successful that a private salon concept was born. Renew Spa & Salon has recently started marketing salon spaces that are between 100 square feet and 200 square feet. The spa is expected to open later this month.

Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse recently held the grand opening of its 8,061-square-foot restaurant, which also includes an additional 2,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor patio and special room for private events. In addition to the Great Divide beers on tap, the brewery has created a Castle Rock-specific beer that will only be available at the Riverwalk location.
